Week 1: July 4-8
Mindful Detectives Assemble!
This week of detective work is exploring mindfulness through the impeccable five senses! Which sense will be their favourite??!
Week 2: July 11-15
Adventures in Mindfulness!
Get ready to adventure all day in a new mindfulness way with skills kids they won’t even realize they are acquiring - they will be having too much fun in the sun!
Week 3: July 18-22
Mindful Girls Unite!
**This girls-only week** is all about personal empowerment, self-love & appreciation with all the inner beauty that shines through with mindfulness that makes girls, girls!
Week 4: July 25-29
Christmas in July, Mindful Style!
Have a lover of christmas in your house? Get ready to dash through the snow... I mean... mindfulness of this week with all the Christmasy mindful activities kiddos know and love!
Week 5: Aug 2-5 (4 day week)
Mindful Sports Galore!
All the sports, all the games & all the mindfulness to level up your kiddos favourite sport or activity!
Week 6: Aug 8-12
Mindful Marvels - Gameshow Week!
Game on, mindfulness style with all tv favourites, classics & more!
Week 7: Aug 15-19
You, Me & Emoji’s!
This artistic week is filled with getting to know their amazing selves with, you got it, mindfulness!

The Leader-In-Training program for 11-13 year olds.
Where leadership, independence, problem solving, initiative & more are introduced, along with all the fun summer camp and mindfulness have to offer for this age group. LIT’s join the campers in a week of their choice, in addition to a leadership workshop before all the summer fun begins!

Hi, I'm Melissa!
I have a passion for supporting the well being of all children & their families.
I guide children and their families to find their calm in the midst of this crazy busy, over scheduled, tech dependent world that is today.
There are many approaches and techniques of mindfulness to choose from to work to find your families calm, lessen anxiety, find balance, create more happiness & to re-connect as a family. Time is short & they grow up fast...
I didn't set out to be a Mindfulness Instructor back in the day. My educational background includes diplomas in Developmental Services Work & Assisting in Education.
